These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, bookings, tour programs and travel services provided by Golden Life Travel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All bookings are subject to availability, supplier conditions and final confirmation at the time of reservation.

All quotations are prepared based on the following factors:

  • Travel period and seasonality
  • Group size and final number of travelers
  • Hotel category and room configuration
  • Transportation requirements
  • Meal plan and service inclusions
  • Requested experiences, guides and special arrangements
  • Supplier availability at the time of quotation

Pricing Conditions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All prices are quoted in USD.
  • Prices are net and confidential, intended for B2B travel partners only.
  • Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prices may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, festivals, special events and high-demand periods.

Price Validity

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are valid for 14 days from the issue date.

Golden Life Travel reserves the right to revise prices in case of:

  • Supplier rate increases
  • Fuel surcharge adjustments
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Government tax or fee changes
  • Changes in group size, travel dates or service standards
  • Unexpected operational costs beyond our reasonable control

Final prices are confirmed only after written confirmation and deposit payment.

A booking is considered confirmed only when both of the following conditions are met:

  • Written confirmation is issued by Golden Life Travel
  • Required deposit payment has been received

Hotel rooms, domestic flights, cruises, trains, guides, vehicles, restaurants and special services are subject to final availability.

No service is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Golden Life Travel reserves the right to offer alternative services of similar standard if the originally requested services are unavailable.

Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total tour value is required to secure the booking.

The deposit is used to confirm hotels, transportation, guides, restaurants, cruises, domestic flights, trains and other travel services. Refundability depends on the cancellation timeline and the conditions imposed by suppliers.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 working days prior to arrival.

Late Bookings

For bookings made within 30 working days prior to arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation.

Bank Charges

All bank transfer fees, international transaction charges and intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the client or travel partner.

Golden Life Travel must receive the full invoiced amount.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation charges are calculated based on the scheduled arrival date and the total confirmed tour value, unless otherwise specified by suppliers.

Standard Cancellation Charges

45 days or more before arrival
Deposit may be refundable after deduction of actual administrative fees, bank charges and any non-refundable supplier costs.

30–44 days before arrival
30% cancellation fee of the total confirmed tour value.

15–29 days before arrival
50% cancellation fee of the total confirmed tour value.

7–14 days before arrival
75% cancellation fee of the total confirmed tour value.

Less than 7 days before arrival / No-show
100% cancellation fee of the total confirmed tour value.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after Golden Life Travel receives refunds from the relevant suppliers.

The following services are generally non-refundable once confirmed, ticketed, reserved or paid to suppliers:

  • Domestic and international air tickets
  • Train tickets
  • Cruises
  • Peak-season hotel bookings
  • Gala dinners or compulsory meals
  • Event tickets
  • Visa services
  • Special permits
  • Customized private arrangements
  • Exclusive guides, vehicles or venues
  • Any services subject to supplier-imposed non-refundable conditions

Golden Life Travel will make reasonable efforts to negotiate with suppliers where possible, but refunds are subject to each supplier’s terms and conditions.

Any amendment after confirmation is subject to availability, supplier conditions and additional charges where applicable.

Changes may include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel dates
  • Group size
  • Passenger names
  • Hotel category
  • Room configuration
  • Flight or train arrangements
  • Meal plan
  • Touring route
  • Special services or private arrangements

Any change in group size, rooming list, travel dates or service standards may affect the final price.

Golden Life Travel reserves the right to re-quote the program accordingly.

The final passenger number and rooming list should be provided no later than the deadline agreed in the booking confirmation.

Any late changes may result in additional charges, including but not limited to:

  • Single supplement
  • Extra room charges
  • Vehicle upgrade
  • Guide or operation adjustment
  • Hotel cancellation or amendment fees
  • Meal and restaurant adjustment charges

If the final number of travelers is lower than the original quotation, the price may be recalculated based on the revised group size.

To ensure fairness and avoid service discrepancies, child pricing applies as follows unless otherwise specified by suppliers.

Children under 2 years old

Free of land services when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Parents are responsible for any additional costs, including:

  • Flights
  • Meals
  • Baby cot
  • Insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Entrance fees if applicable
  • Any supplier-imposed charges

Children from 2 to under 11 years old

Sharing existing bedding with parents:
75% of adult price

With extra bed:
85%–95% of adult price, depending on hotel and supplier policy.

Children 11 years old and above

Charged at adult rate.

Final child pricing may vary depending on the child’s age, rooming arrangement, hotel policy, transport rules, cruise policy, flight regulations and supplier conditions.

Golden Life Travel reserves the right to adjust child pricing according to actual supplier requirements.

The inclusions and exclusions of each tour will be clearly stated in the official quotation or confirmed itinerary.

Unless specifically mentioned in writing, tour prices generally do not include:

  • International flights
  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Tips for guides and drivers
  • Optional tours and activities
  • Early check-in and late check-out
  • Drinks during meals unless specified
  • Excess baggage charges
  • Any services not clearly mentioned as included

Any additional service requested by the client or traveler will be quoted separately.

Golden Life Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, service changes, additional costs or losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Government regulations
  • Political instability
  • Road closures
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Supplier operational issues beyond our control

When possible, Golden Life Travel will assist in arranging alternative services or solutions.

Any additional costs arising from force majeure events shall be the responsibility of the traveler or client, unless otherwise covered by suppliers or insurance.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and should be purchased before departure.

Insurance should ideally cover:

  • Medical expenses
  • Trip cancellation
  • Personal accident
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Flight disruptions
  • Loss or damage of baggage
  • Travel delays
  • Force majeure-related interruptions

Golden Life Travel is not responsible for any uninsured losses, expenses or claims.

Dietary requirements, room preferences, bed type, connecting rooms, guide language, mobility support and other special requests must be advised at the time of booking.

Golden Life Travel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the relevant supplier.

Clients and travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in the selected travel program.

Any health condition, mobility limitation, dietary restriction or special assistance requirement should be disclosed before confirmation.

Golden Life Travel reserves the right to recommend adjustments to the itinerary where necessary to ensure traveler safety and service quality.

Golden Life Travel acts as a Destination Management Company and intermediary between clients and independent service providers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruises, transport companies, restaurants, attractions and local operators.

Golden Life Travel shall not be liable for acts, omissions, delays, accidents, losses, injuries, damages or service failures caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our responsibility is limited to making reasonable efforts to arrange, coordinate and support the services confirmed in writing.

These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between Golden Life Travel and the client or travel partner.

Any special agreement, exception or adjustment must be confirmed in writing by Golden Life Travel.

In case of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and a specific written agreement, the specific written agreement shall prevail.

All programs, services, prices and arrangements are subject to availability, supplier conditions and final confirmation at the time of booking.

Golden Life Travel reserves the right to revise quotations, adjust itineraries or offer equivalent alternatives when necessary due to availability, operational conditions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
