The tour package includes:

* Tay Son battle drum and traditional martial arts experience according to the confirmed program

* Drinking water during sightseeing days

* Travel insurance according to the tour operator’s applicable policy

IMPORTANT NOTES

The itinerary may be adjusted according to flight schedules, weather, sea conditions, local operating conditions and other circumstances to ensure guests’

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed after Golden Life Travel receives the required deposit and issues an official confirmation.
• Final passenger details, including full name, passport information, dietary requirements and other special requests, should be provided before departure as requested by Golden Life Travel.

2. Payment Policy

• Deposit: 30% of the total tour value upon confirmation.
• Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before arrival.
• For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment may be required upon confirmation.
• Bank charges and international transfer fees, if applicable, are borne by the payer unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made by the customer:

• More than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour value.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour value.
• 08–14 days before arrival: 70% of the total tour value.
• 07 days or less before arrival / No-show: 100% of the total tour value.

Any non-refundable services already confirmed or paid to hotels, transportation providers, attractions or other suppliers will be charged according to the suppliers’ applicable cancellation policies.

4. Children Policy

Children’s rates are calculated based on the child’s age on the tour commencement date and are subject to the policies of hotels and individual service providers.

Infants – Under 2 Years Old

• Free of charge for the land tour, sharing existing bedding and services with parents.
• No separate bed, seat or other individual services are guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
• Any compulsory charges imposed by hotels, boats, attractions, transportation providers or other suppliers shall be paid separately.
• Maximum 01 infant free of charge per 02 paying adults.

Children From 2 to Under 6 Years Old

• 50% of the adult tour rate, sharing the existing bed with parents.
• No extra bed is included.
• Maximum 01 child sharing the existing bed per room, unless otherwise permitted by the hotel.
• Any compulsory hotel breakfast, entrance fee, boat/canoe fee, meal surcharge or other supplier charge not covered by the child rate will be advised and charged according to the actual supplier policy.

Children From 6 to Under 11 Years Old

Sharing existing bed with parents:

• 75% of the adult tour rate.

With an extra bed:

• 90% of the adult tour rate.

Extra beds are subject to hotel room configuration, maximum occupancy and availability at the time of confirmation.

Children From 11 Years Old and Above

• 100% of the adult tour rate.
• Adult rooming and service conditions apply.

Rooming Conditions

• The above child rates normally apply when a child shares a room with 02 full-paying adults.
• Maximum 01 child sharing an existing bed with 02 adults per room, unless otherwise confirmed by the selected hotel.
• A child sharing a room with 01 adult only may be charged at the adult rate or according to the actual single/twin room cost.
• Where two children require a separate twin/double room, the rate will be recalculated according to the actual room arrangement and hotel policy.
• Where an extra bed is unavailable or not permitted by the hotel, alternative room arrangements and applicable supplements will be advised before confirmation.

Important Conditions for Children’s Rates

Child discounts do not automatically mean that every individual service is discounted by the same percentage.

Certain services — including entrance tickets, meals, private transportation, boat/canoe services, marine activities, local experiences and compulsory hotel charges — may apply different age or height criteria and may be charged at full or specific child rates by the respective suppliers.

Therefore:

• The hotel’s official child and room-occupancy policy shall apply to accommodation and breakfast.
• The individual supplier’s official child policy shall apply to entrance tickets, Ky Co boat/canoe services, Con Chim experiences and other activities.
• Any compulsory surcharge resulting from the child’s age, height, rooming arrangement or supplier policy that is not included in the confirmed package price will be advised before final confirmation whenever reasonably possible.
• If a supplier changes its child policy, admission criteria or compulsory surcharge after booking, any resulting difference will be handled according to the supplier’s applicable policy.

Second Child / Additional Children

Unless otherwise confirmed:

• The preferential child rate is limited to 01 child sharing with 02 full-paying adults.
• A second child sharing the same room may require an extra bed, an additional room or a higher child rate according to hotel occupancy regulations.
• Golden Life Travel will confirm the applicable supplement based on the actual room configuration and supplier policies.

Proof of Age

Golden Life Travel reserves the right to request a passport or other valid travel document to verify the child’s date of birth.

If the child’s actual age does not correspond with the age declared at the time of booking, any additional charges imposed by hotels or service providers shall be borne by the guest.

Final Confirmation

Children’s rates shown on the website are general guidelines.

The final child rate will be confirmed in writing by Golden Life Travel based on the child’s age, rooming arrangement, selected hotel category, group size and the policies of the relevant service providers at the time of booking.

5. Group & FOC Policy

• Tour rates are calculated according to the confirmed number of paying guests.
• For eligible groups, 01 FOC tour leader may be provided per group from 15 paying guests, subject to the confirmed quotation.
• Any reduction in the final number of paying guests may result in a revised tour rate.

6. Hotel Policy

• Accommodation is based on twin/double sharing, unless otherwise specified.
• Hotel category and room type are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Single rooms are subject to a single supplement.
• Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may be adjusted due to flight schedules, weather, sea conditions, traffic, local operating conditions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Golden Life Travel reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing or replace an unavailable service with a suitable alternative while maintaining the overall quality and value of the journey whenever reasonably possible.

8. Ky Co & Marine Activities

Visits to Ky Co Beach and other marine attractions are subject to weather, sea conditions and local safety regulations.

Boat or canoe services may be changed, suspended or replaced when necessary for safety reasons.

In such circumstances, Golden Life Travel will arrange the most appropriate alternative available. Any refund, where applicable, will depend on the actual services used and the policies of the relevant service providers.

9. Thi Nai Lagoon – Con Chim Experience

Boat trips and outdoor activities at Thi Nai Lagoon – Con Chim are subject to weather, water conditions and local operating conditions.

The sequence or content of activities may be adjusted to ensure safety and the best possible experience.

10. Travel Documents & Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, travel documents and entry requirements for Vietnam are valid and complete.

Guests should inform Golden Life Travel in advance of any dietary requirements, allergies, mobility limitations or other special service requirements that may affect tour arrangements.

11. Force Majeure

Golden Life Travel shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government regulations, transportation disruptions, flight cancellations or other force majeure events.

Golden Life Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist guests and arrange suitable alternatives. Any additional costs arising from such circumstances will be handled according to the actual situation and the policies of the relevant suppliers.

12. Important Note

Tour prices, hotel availability and services are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

The final confirmed quotation and booking confirmation issued by Golden Life Travel shall take precedence in the event of any difference between general information published on the website and the specific services confirmed for an individual booking.
